Product Demo VideoAgency

Product demo videos that show the real workflow without making buyers watch every click.

PRODUCT DEMO VIDEO AGENCY

Built around clarity, not a template.

Product demo video production is about proof. We turn real SaaS workflows into concise product stories that show what happens, why it matters and what the buyer should notice without forcing them through every menu and click.

What this format is for

Best for product pages, sales follow-ups, feature launches and evaluation-stage buyers. We start with the buyer’s question, the product’s strongest proof and the action the video needs to support.

What we handle

Concept development, script, storyboard, visual design, UI treatment, animation, sound design and final exports. The exact mix depends on the product and the job the video needs to do.

What you receive

A launch-ready master plus agreed deliverables for the channels you actually plan to use. Additional aspect ratios, cutdowns and campaign variations can be scoped with the project.

01

Product demo videos for buyers, not internal training

A marketing demo is different from a tutorial. The viewer does not need every setting. They need the workflow that makes the product credible: the input, the important action, the automation and the result.

That makes product demo videos useful on feature pages, sales follow-ups, launch pages, outbound sequences and evaluation-stage landing pages where the audience already understands the problem but needs evidence.

  • SaaS product demo videos
  • Software demo video production
  • Product walkthrough videos
  • Feature demos and launch walkthroughs
02

Raw screen recording or art-directed UI?

Raw capture is often enough for documentation or a fast internal walkthrough. For product marketing, the interface may need more control. We can clean demo data, crop distractions, rebuild states from Figma, enlarge key details and compress dead time between actions.

The goal is accuracy without visual noise. A buyer should recognize the real product while understanding the workflow faster than they would by clicking through it themselves.

03

What we need from your product team

The best starting material is usually a working product or staging environment, a Figma file, a short list of workflows and an explanation of who the video is for. We then choose one path through the product and design the edit around the buyer decision.

If the interface changes frequently, we can structure the video so the most volatile screens are easier to replace later instead of rebuilding the entire film.

04

How we scope a buyer-facing software demo

Before quoting a custom SaaS product demo, we identify where the video will be used, who will watch it, the single workflow that needs to be understood and the proof the buyer should remember. A product-page demo, sales follow-up and short paid-social cut do not need identical pacing or UI detail.

We also establish which product version is approved for filming, whether access comes from a live or staging account, Figma or recorded footage, and who on the product team can verify that the sequence is accurate. Those inputs affect scripting, UI recreation, review rounds and how easy it will be to update the film later.

  • Primary buyer and use case: product page, sales, feature launch or campaign
  • One approved workflow and the result the viewer should see
  • Source assets: staging access, Figma, screen captures or screenshots
  • Agreed runtime, aspect ratios, captions and any shorter cutdowns
  • Named product reviewer, feedback rounds and deadline
05

Keep the product truthful through the review process

We recommend approving the workflow and script before polishing motion, then reviewing representative interface frames before the full animation. Product owners should check sample data, terminology, permissions, states and what the software actually does. Marketing can review whether the story is understandable without a guided explanation.

For AI products in particular, distinguish an actual output from an illustrative visualization. A recreated screen can clarify the workflow, but it should not imply a capability, speed or accuracy level that the product cannot support. A concept portfolio sample demonstrates visual direction; it is not evidence of a commercial client engagement.

06

Product demo video pricing and delivery scope

Motions Flow currently lists one-off video projects starting at $1,500. That is a starting point for a defined scope, not a fixed quote for every demo. Pricing depends on runtime, the number and complexity of UI states, whether screens need rebuilding, voiceover and sound requirements, review rounds, deadlines and the versions you need.

Focused projects are commonly planned around a one-to-three-week production window when product access and feedback are ready. More complex workflows, changing interfaces or multiple campaign versions can take longer. Ask for a written list of deliverables rather than assuming a vertical crop, captions, source files or future UI updates are included.

  • Define the master format and where it will be published
  • Specify whether square and vertical edits need redesigned UI layouts
  • Agree on captions, voiceover, sound mix and alternate calls to action
  • Confirm review stages, revision limits and update or source-file terms
COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you hire a studio.

What is the difference between a product demo and a product walkthrough?+

A demo is usually selective and persuasive: it proves the most valuable workflow. A walkthrough is usually more complete and instructional. The right format depends on how far the buyer already is in the evaluation process.

Can you work from Figma instead of screen recordings?+

Yes. Figma is often useful when the live product contains unstable data, unfinished states or UI that needs to be simplified for video.

Do you create voiceover and sound?+

Yes. Voiceover, music and sound design can be included when they help the product story. We can also design a version that remains understandable on mute.

Can one demo be adapted for sales and social?+

Usually, yes. It is better to plan those versions before animation so the composition, text size and pacing can survive different aspect ratios.

What does a custom SaaS product demo video cost?+

Motions Flow one-off video projects currently start at $1,500. A demo quote depends on UI complexity, scripting, runtime, deliverables, revisions and production timing; the starting price is not a fixed package for every project.

How long does software demo video production take?+

Many focused projects are planned around one to three weeks when the product environment and feedback are ready. Complex UI recreation, changing workflows or multiple edits may require longer.
